By making your online booking, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation, consultation cost, and payment methods. CANCELLATION FEE: A cancellation fee of ¥5,000 will be charged for missed appointments, or for appointments that have been canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice. CANCELLATION FEE PAYMENT: Cancellation fees will be charged to your provided payment details or be paid over the phone. ** Please note – Cancellation fees are not subject to any rebate from Medicare or private health funds.
